Response - Maintenance for Platform Upgrade – Maintenance details

The Response API, Authentication Services, and Dashboard will be intermittently unavailable beginning at 10 PM CST on July 31st, 2023 as we upgrade the platform as a next step towards releasing the Response product. We expect all services to be fully operational again by 10 PM CST on August 1st, 2023.

We will disable user registration into the platform for several hours while we perform updates on authentication services. Following the platform upgrade, existing Response users can expect an invitation email to login to the new platform. You must accept this invitation and complete account setup in order to have your site activated when we begin to launch Response sites in the future.
